Intentional Rosés,
Old Vine Chardonnays
& Grenache
Based in Los Olivos, CA & established in 2020.
Stars & Dust is the bet it all on Chardonnay & Rosé (plus a little single vineyard Grenache along the way) less than 1k case project of me, Nikki Pallesen, a California native & former Co-Founder of local Lompoc winery, Liquid Farm.
I’m extremely honored & proud to be independently & female owned and have held tight to my passion for being dedicated to sustainably farmed, family owned, outstanding vineyards in a handful of truly special pockets in beautiful Santa Barbara County.
Join the Band.
“I’m with the band”. Yes. You. Are.
This project would still be a flicker in my eye if not for music. Music to give me a sign the name was meant to be, music when I needed motivation and doubted myself and music as the absolute muse and source of lifeblood to this all-in project Thus it seemed only suiting to call our Club a Band!
A Band of nostalgic romantics, broken our fair share of rules back in the day rebel-rousers. (if the last one doesn’t track it’s still just as good that you secretly wanted to be).
And, this band? She’s the like the Gypsy Kings, the more the merrier so, click below, find the Club that speaks to you and that’s it! You’re IN! And, we’re honored to have ya aboard.
what do "stars & dust" Taste Like?
I like to think these wines taste like compelling, delectable, starry eyed bottles of TYPICITY tailored to the varietal and region.
The reason? It’s all in the process.
We absolutely love being asked what principles and protocols we follow in the cellar as they ultimately have everything to do with how the fruit, in its purest form when it reached the winery, will end up hitting your glass in liquid form many months later.
Vineyard Partners
We consider ourselves extremely lucky to be working with a handful of truly incredible Vineyards farmed by even more incredible, talented people.
Sustainably farmed and family owned, we work with Vineyards who embrace our values and are by industry standards, “small fries” like we happily are and often call ourselves.
