Shipping & Returns

Unless otherwise requested, stars & dust wines will not ship if temperatures exceed 76 degrees Fahrenheit or if below 40 degrees Fahrenheit.

All orders are processed at, and shipped from CA. We ship by ground using FedEx. Additionally, we offer GLS for 1-2 day delivery in CA, AZ, NV, AZ, NM, OR, WA, ID & CO!). Our shipping prices include packaging materials. Insurance may be available for an additional charge. 

Responsibility of Shipped Items

Please note that when your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, the wine becomes your responsibility. stars & dust wines is not responsible for, and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. By placing an order, you are authorizing stars & dust wines to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver the items in your order.

Please note that it is a Federal offense to sell or supply liquor to persons under 21 years of age.

Shipping Laws

Due to changing direct-shipping laws and regulations, the list of states that we ship to may change at any time. stars & dust wines will arrange for shipment on behalf of the buyer, to an address specified by the buyer. This is provided that stars & dust wines believes that such shipment will not subject stars & dust wines to the risk of any sort of legal action.

If a buyer lives in a state where the direct shipment of wine by stars & dust wines may violate the law, we will contact the buyer to discuss shipping options. These options may include provision of an alternative shipping address in a state where the direct shipment of wines to consumers is permitted. It may also include the option to store the wines at an acceptable third-party storage facility. Shipping Notification 

stars & dust wines will notify you by email when your wines are ready to be shipped. Generally, we will attempt to ship your wines shortly after your order is placed. However, please be aware that your order may be delayed until ideal weather and shipping conditions arise. You will be given the opportunity to coordinate the proper shipping address and method with us at that time.

Returns

stars & dust wines strives to provide its customers with the highest quality products and service. Your satisfaction is our first priority. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us. For fastest results, contact us by emailing nikki@starsanddustwines.com.

All wine and products sold by us are maintained at optimum conditions. We consider wine and other products to be out of our control once it has been handed over to the shipper. We are not responsible for improper storage after it has been delivered. Once your order has been picked up for delivery, the wine and products become your responsibility. 

Stars & dust wines will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. We also cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Wines and products that do not coincide with personal tastes
  • Wines and products that have been adversely affected by customer’s storage
  • Wines and products that have been otherwise damaged as a result of any other adverse condition occurring while the wines were in the customer’s care
